Folio is a software product operated by Threelance Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States ("Threelance" or the "Company"). Folio is the trade name under which the Platform is offered to the public. All legal rights, obligations, and liabilities described in this Legal Notice are those of Threelance Inc.. Folio (folio.link) is a link-in-bio software platform for freelancers. It enables registered users ("Freelancers") to create a public-facing profile page containing their portfolio, social media links, contact information, and optionally, a password-protected payment information display feature ("Pay-Me").

Folio is not a bank, financial institution, payment processor, money transmitter, or financial intermediary of any kind. The Platform does not process, hold, transfer, or facilitate the transfer of funds. Pay-Me is an informational display tool only. All financial transactions between Freelancers and their clients occur entirely outside of the Platform, on third-party services chosen by the parties involved.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including the Folio name, logo, visual design, software, source code, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Threelance Inc. or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing on the Platform or in these legal documents grants any license or right to use Folio's intellectual property without prior written consent from Threelance Inc..

User-generated content posted to the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective user, subject to the limited license granted to Folio under our Terms of Service.

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at legal@folio.link with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed;
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on the Platform;
• Your contact information;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

We will respond to valid intellectual property notices in accordance with applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Threelance Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Threelance Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any unauthorized access to or disclosure of your account data or Pay-Me information resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials or passwords;
• Any financial loss arising from transactions conducted between Freelancers and their clients, whether or not such transactions were initiated through information displayed on the Platform;
• Any inaccuracies in user-generated content displayed on the Platform;
• Any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform;
• Any actions of third parties, including third-party platforms to which the Platform may link.

Nothing in this Legal Notice shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, and platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. Folio does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third-party's own terms and policies.

This Legal Notice and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.

The Pay-Me feature enables Freelancers to store and selectively disclose payment account information (e.g., bank account details, digital wallet handles) to clients of their choosing via a password-controlled display. The following disclosures apply specifically to this feature:

• Folio is not a party to any financial transaction conducted as a result of information shared through Pay-Me.
• Folio does not verify the accuracy of payment information entered by users, nor the identity of visitors who access Pay-Me content.
• Folio does not guarantee the security of information accessed by a third party who has been given, or has otherwise obtained, the Pay-Me password.
• Users assume full responsibility for the accuracy of payment information displayed and the security of their Pay-Me password.
• Folio shall have no liability for any financial loss, fraud, or unauthorized payment resulting from the misuse of Pay-Me, including but not limited to payments made to incorrect accounts or fraudulent misappropriation of account information.

Freelancers are advised to use Pay-Me only with trusted clients and to update their payment information and password regularly.

Folio processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at folio.link/privacy. For data-related inquiries or to exercise your privacy rights, contact privacy@folio.link.

For users located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, Folio processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, as applicable.

We may update this Legal Notice from time to time. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent version was published. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Legal Notice.
